How long will it take to receive my order?
We custom make every item when ordered. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for all clothing items to be made before shipment. All other products will take 2 to 4 days to ship. After your item(s) have been processed, you will receive a tracking code.


Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! If you have an address, we'll ship there - regardless of where you are in the world! 


How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping for orders above €60 to orders from Europe and North america. We also have an express order service, this will cost you €5 and will decrease your shipping time by 3 days.


How do I track my order?

After your item(s) have been made and a shipping label has been created, a tracking code will automatically be sent to you via email. You can then use that code to track exactly where your order stands.


What if I am charged custom fees upon delivery?

Please be aware that your item may be held at customs for inspection, delaying the delivery time, and you may be charged a customs fee or import tax or similar. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about customs clearance - customs rules make the importer (the buyer - you!) responsible for these fees.

What is your shirt material like?

All of our shirts are unisex sized and hand printed in California or Europe using new Direct To Garment (DTG) technology on extremely high quality 100% premium cotton and. We use this fabric because it has an extremely soft feel, allows the shirts to form perfectly to different body sizes and only shrinks ever so slightly after a first wash and dry.


How should I wash my items?

Wash inside-out in a standard washer of your preferred setting. We recommend hang drying for best results, however the use of a regular dryer is just fine. Shrinking in our shirts is extremely minimal and our designs will not fade due to the quality of our prints. 


Where can I find sizing info?

All of our sizing our measurements are in inches and apply to all of our t-shirts. "Chest" is the width across the shirt, where "height" is the vertical length of the shirt from top to bottom. To view our exact t-shirt specifications, check out our "Size Chart" page. Additionally, brief sizing information is located directly to the right of every product page on our site. 


Online Orders

I placed and order, why haven't I received a tracking code?
This is normal - don't worry! Every order placed on our store is custom made. A tracking code will not be sent right away. Please allow 3 to 5 days for us to complete your order. Once your item(s) have been made, a tracking code will automatically be sent to you via email.


I entered the wrong shipping address, what should I do?

Get in touch with us as soon as possible (preferably within 24 hours of ordering)! We try to ship every order out as soon as we can. If we have not yet shipped out your order, we can easily change the address for you. Contact us via Instagram Messenger or email us at,


My order never arrived, what should I do?
If you order has not had a tracking update in over a month we will give you a full refund on your order. If your tracking says the order was delivered we are unable to give a refund. Please contact us if if these issues arise so we can investigate the issue and find solutions for you.

Please contact us ASAP via our contact page with the mistake you've made. All orders are processed at 2:00am PDT and cannot be cancelled once that time has passed.

Shipping/Address errors can be changed up until the point of shipping however size and product changes must be made as soon as possible.
